Poor choice of registering attorneys

I applied and got approved for further loan and endorsement in May 2013. I was 1st told that the attorneys doing the registration would be De Klerk & Van Gend but was later told that it would be Mfazi Kose Inc. Since then I have been the only one who calls and emails these attorneys for feedback. It's now 3 months later and Im still in the dark as to when I will get the money or what the hold up is. The last time they made contact was to tell me they were waiting for nedbank to give them the registrations and to date no one is giving me any feedback about the progress. I've sent these attorneys emails voicing out my dissatisfaction with their lack of customer care but i was just ignored. I also forwaded the same email to Nedbank asking for their assistance but still no one hasd bothered to respond to my emails or to call me. I am a paying customer and as I'm not being done a favour, I demand to be treated as a customer and not a charity case as I will pay the bond back with interest. When I applied for that further loan I had plans for it which are on stand still and I'm really frustrated at the moment.
