Appalling service received from Brooklyn branch

I instructed Std Bank to reduce an amount of R1000 from my overdraft every month. I decided to cancel the overdraft reduction order and sent an email to Prestige Banking, it referred me to my branch. I went to the branch on 06/01/14 and spent over an hour with a consultant who did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He took my number and told me that he would call me when the reduction order had been cancelled. I didn't have faith in him so I sent a secure message via internet banking asking the branch to cancel the reduction order. I sent another secure message when I didn't get a response by 8/01/14. The consultant never called me. The branch responded to the secure message and I was informed that the brach could not assist me as the reduction order had not been loaded by me, I was asked to contact legal as only they could cancel the order. After making numerous calls in an attempt to resolve the matter I spoke to a credit consultant who told me that the person who called me gave me incorrect advice as only the branch can apply for a cancellation regardless who loaded the order. I went back to the branch on 09/01/14 and spent over an hour but have still not been assisted!!!
