Bank Card not working at ATMs and Internet Banking

I am completely dissappointed in Standard Bank services. After collecting my new card from the Laudium Branch, i had inserted my new card into the ATM, i was then prompted to change the PIN. After changing the PIN i was given an error message that my PIN had been entered incorrectly. The Bryanston branch i visited said they have fixed the error and that i should test it, the ATM allows me to view balances however when i try to withdraw it again pushes out a statement saying that my PIN is incorrect and i should visit a branch. On my visit to the Laudium branch i had been given the same error, the clerk then said i should withdraw in the branch in order to reset the system, which i have done successfully. On trying again at a later stage on an ATM i was again given the message that my PIN is incorrect and i should visit a branch, this time i had visited the Bryanston branch, i was then informed that the ATM's are being updated and that i should wait indefinitely for the ATMS to work. I later discovered that when trying to register my card for internet banking i have the same error. I cannot continue to visit branches and get false resolutions. This is an inconvenience and costly.
