Can Customer "Service" get any worse!

My account is held at Fourways Crossing Branch. As there is no direct line available to customers, I communicate via secure email. Despite being assured by the person contacting you in response to your secure email, that they will action your request, they either mess it up totally or do not action your request. This has happened once again. I contacted the ubiquitous Call Centre this morning, who would not put me through to the Branch to sort out the mess. Instead, they reeled off a whole lot of erroneous garbage, supposedly recorded on my account. When I complained about this, they said they would log a request for the Manager, Fabio, to call me. Needless to say, it is almost 3 hours later and he hasn't bothered to call me! I presume Management therefore condones this horribly poor customer service. Service levels have declined drastically over the last few years and despite my repeated complaints, nothing improves. FNB is looking like quite a good option for me at the moment. Standard Bank, you should be ashamed!
