Not responding to Secure Messages send

Good day, I have submitted 2 secure messages from the STD Internet banking to close my check account: 41-025-281-6 C Olivier, still i have not been contacted. I have phoned the Prestige Helpdesk: 0860 001 321, there is no answer, the machine state that the call will be answered within 5min but no agent answers the calls i made. Since my 1st secure message send on the Internet banking charges of 424.92 have gone off my account, this must be revered and the account must be closed as per our 1st request.

This request must be actioned and closed ASAP please, as the service i have received from Standard bank is not up to any standard.
