My name is magret i had an ackermans card which was funded by Nebank so when they parted ways I was still owing some amount which I was paying via my bank, I have settled my account but Nedbank is still sending me invoices with small amount of money. I have phoned the customer service no 0860555111 and they cant pick up my account and they are sending me from pillar to post. All I want is to settle the account (of course for the second time) and close it. What a poor service!
