My dad submitted his surplus fund documentation last year. It has been confirmed that his paperwork has been received. He's since September last year been requesting a statment and every month that we call we are told he will receive it the new month it's just been requested as it wasnt requested previously. This is now becoming frustrating as this money does belong to him and he's being made to call every month to follow up on the statement and he's told the same thing every month. He's a pensioner and really doesnt always have access to a phone to call and holding on the line from a mobile results in airtime being wasted. I would appreciate if someone would do something.
