Logged as a bad payer on ITC by FNB

Today, the 16/04/2013, I checked my ITC report, I noticed that my FNB Smart Housing Loan account shows as handed over for legal collection.

I was surprised as this account is deducted via my payroll and has been deducting with no unsuccessful paments.

When I phoned, a lady by the name of Nolwazi Shabangu answered my call. I then explained my story to her, she then informed me that I was in arrears.

I asked her how I can be listed as 'handed over' without any notification from FNB. She told me that I was not listening to her.

Her attitude towards me was very negative and when I asked to be transferred to the senior, she told me her manager was in a meeting, so nobody was able to take my call except for her.

I found it very strange for such a big company to only have 1 manager.

I need my name cleared from the ITC with immediate effect because whatever happened was not my fault at all, and I never skipped a month of payment with FNB.

Your assistance in this regard will highly appreciated.
