No reply from the Surplus fund

I confirmed with MIPF that there is a surplus amount from them for a company that I worked for a few years ago. They sent me the forms, which I sent back to them on 2012.08.28. It took them 2 months to scan the documents into their system and ever since we have been waiting for a statement to proceed with payment. Every month that I contact them I battle for about a week to get hold of them and then they advise me that the statement had not yet been created and that I need to phone back the following month. I have now been trying to get hold of the Surplus department for the past 3 weeks without any success. The numbers used; 0861 504 455 and 0860 102 544. It is so frustrating!!! I spend at least 10 min holding every time and then I get cut off. I also work in the service industry and this is the worst call centre I have ever dealt with.
