I phoned 0115647200 and spoke to Andrea. She assisted me in a very well manner and was friendly. I explained that I do not understand why my BEARS account opened on 23/03/2013 of about R17000.00 is now R24213.32 when I want to settle it 24 days later. It is impossible to pay R7060.39 interest /penalty for settling an account earlier than agreed ans as far as I know the NCA stipulates that penalties shall not be charged for setteling accounts earlier. Andrea spoke to her Superviser Siya Mseleku who was rude to her to the point of making her cry when she got back on the phone. Someone should listen to my phone call's recording @ about 08h00 on 16/04/2013 because I overheard him speaking to her and he was of no help and very rude. I want to know exactly how this R7060.39 was calculated and why I should pay this when my first installment has not even gone through yet? I want to settle this account asap and I want to pay R17152.93.
