I AM DISGUSTED AT FNB SERVICE i arrive at BankCITY

Fnb (I REQUESTED CRESTA MALL BUT IT WAS SENT HERE) to collect my replacement card to find out that the branch is under renovation, i then go to the FNB building that advises me to go to the FNB down the street Diagonal street, to arrive there @ the 6th floor and be directed again Across the street FNB HOUSE to then be directed to Sauer fnb branch. i am on my lunch break roaming the streets of JHB trying to get my card.i get to The FNB on president street to find 13 ppl standing in a que outside to enter the branch i asked Filkile a fnb staff member to speak to the branch manger who disapears for 15 minutes, she looks @ me thro the glass doors and ignores my request as i enter 15 minutes later she then tells me to have a seat for the branch manger.the bank manger then sees me standing after 10-15 minutes tells me i will b back now have a seat i await another 10 minutes as she arrives & speaks to all the other customers sitting in the que. it was then my turn to get my card a 3 minute process wher i am given a GOLD card which i keep declining and not asked 2 SIGN FOR, branch manger never came back to me. FNB needs to look after their current clients!! Y WAS I NOT ADVISED OF THE CHANGE
