Hi, I have been trying for days to get through to Virgin Active call centre on 0860 602 0091 & 0860 200 911 to no avail. I phoned again this morning, held on for 10 minutes before the call was cut. I called back at 10am & spoke to Mandy (I asked her for a call reference, she told me to use Mandy). This consultant is utterly incompetent, she was trying to explain to me why my account reflected in arrears, but her explanation made absolutely no sense. An amount of R678.00 was deducted from my account on 31/12/2012, for the January installment. I returned the debit order, because the incorrect amount was deducted. I phoned on 03/01/2013, spoke to Andrea, I asked her for the banking details so that i could pay the correct installment. She advised that I should not pay, I should wait for my Momentum benefit to be activated (since we were switched from Vitality to Momentum), and since there was a mix up between Virgin active/Vitality/ Multiply, it was likely that they would write off the January installment that was due. Mpumi called me on 10 Jan.2013 & would get Andrea to call me & sort the problem out. Can someone competent please contact me to sort this problem out.
