As per telephonic confirmation with Tebogo Morake and Siya Mseleku, my account is not in arrears. I have requested that my account and statements be corrected since March and to date, I continue to receive statements confirming amounts in arrears. The query was escalated and to date, i have not received any feedback advising me of any updates. The last communication I had was from Siya Mseleku on the 10/05/2013 advising he is busy with my query. I have requested that the reversal of all interest added into this account based on the arrears amount be corrected.

I am very concerned that my account is with collections department yet the account is in good standing, maybe that's why the print outs are incorrectly. This account in my opinion need to be in the client services department not collections.

I am very disappointed in the manner African bank is handling my account and if this is not sorted, I will escalate this query to Ombudsman and include the directors of African bank.
