RUDE and very bad service

This morning I got an sms saying that FNB made a transfer from my Smart Supersave account into my Cheque account< because my account is over the limit. My account has been over limit before< but I would get an sms saying I have to settle it and then I do it! This morning they settled my account on my behalf with the little bit of savings that I have!!! Who the gives them the right??? I spoke to a lady who told me they just saw I have saved money and thought they would settle it. Just like that!!! And she was very rude and unfeeling!!! Is that the service you deliver?? When I told her I didn't give permission for this to happen she said they don't need permission. How does that work? When I asked her for my money back and told her I would do a manual deposit she threatened me and ended the conversation before I was finished speaking. I don't understand why you had to go and take my money like that!! Please sort this out as soon as possible!!
