My geyser has been dripping water onto my ceiling since 14April2013 Sunday. The leak is damaging the ceiling directly in a BIC of a bedroom. Sadly, M&F only take calls during office hours so I had to wait until after the weekend. I called Monday at 08h30 and emphasised that this needs urgent attention. I was given a ref nr and the M&F person says that someone or the plumber will contact me later in the day to help me. No one called me the entire day, so I called just before 4pm and spoke to a lady named 'Grace' . She said that she was waiting for Standard Bank Insurance to forward a copy of my schedule to M&F. Why don't they have a copy is beyond me. I emphasised that this was urgent and yet they made no concerted effort to get this from Standard Bank Insurance swiftly nor was I updated on the cause of the delay. I offered to send her a copy myself which I have. FYI- and a fact: Hellopeter has all Purple SAD faces for M&F whereas King Price has yellow HAPPY faces. I am seriously considering moving away from Mutual and Federal as they just don't care about service. This is the 2nd incident of bad service in 8 months. At present, I still have water dripping
onto my ceiling
