Poor work man ship increased by mutual and federal

I had a claim rejected due to poor workmanship, my second claim they replaced my geyser. I experienced a terrible installation by unprofessional people. I reported it last year end of may, they twisted the story trying to bull me, insurance was cancelled straight away by them and i had to wait 2 months to get my refund, i also battled to get new house insurance due to that cancellation. Some other incidents happened throughout this time with my geyser, On the weekend I had water running through my ceiling due to a drip tray badly fitted. Today I find out from geysers manufacturers the real truth for my incidents and they told me the warranty is cancelled due to these poor fitments, a lot of people just fall into their trap and pay again and again, and the installer fill up their pockets. Mutual and federal they a very bad system to off people and then the ones with a short temper end up suffering like me, we report the case to one person, then to get feedback you need to give the whole history to the new person because the first person you spoke to is either out, on lunch, meeting, training, sick, etc.resulting that it takes forever to solve the matter. Phone again and repeat whole story.
