Incorrect billing - 4th year in a row!

I have a Savvy account with Nedbank. and every year (for the last 4 years), they charge me R153 for a "card fee" which I am not suppose to be charged for. Each year, I have to waste my time to
1. check my account to make sure Nedbank don't try to "" money from me, then
2. go down to the branch for 30 minutes (wait in the queue, then try and reverse this error)
3. file a compliant, so that Nedbank do not charge me this again.

Yet, oddly enough, even though I file a complaint (or a request for them to not charge me for this incorrect amount), every year, they still charge me! And last year, at the request of the Nedbank consultant, I ordered a new card. Now, April 2013, guess what? I am being incorrectly billed again!

It is as if Nedbank can't get their system to work properly. And what has Nedbank ever done to compensate its clients for the time it wastes its clients. I get to the office at 7AM and leave at 6:30PM, from Monday to Friday. and I am not allowed to leave my desk, as I am a dealer. So, sorting this out is a big issue for me. Yet, Nedbank continuous to mess me around!

Nedbank: get your act together and stop charging me incorrectly.
compensate me!
