Disputed Debit Order unpaid

On friday the 12th of April 2013, i telephonically disputed a debit order that went through on the 11th of April, from Real People Loans, of which their account was settled at the end of November 2012. It was indicated to me (by the gentleman that attended to my call), that the money was going to be available in my account in 24 hours, but to date the money has not yet been returned. I assumed that the 24hour perios did not include weekends and therefore expected the money to be in my account atleast today.

Can i kindly get clarity / action on this issue.
