Deducting money on the wrong date!

I currently have a credit card and 2 loans with African Bank. Since November 2012 I have been having problems with the debit order date for these accounts. Had the same issue with my first loan (paid up). If the 25th of the month falls on a weekend, my company does NOT necessarily pay us the Friday before. I have taken this up with African Bank's call centre over and over again, but for some reason they keep trying to collect the debit order on the Friday before. This causes problems with my bank as these are "unsuccessful collections" for which I am soon going to be billed! In addition, of course, to the fact that it doesn't look very good on my account with the bank! I phoned African Bank about this in November 2012, February 2013, May 2013 and again today.

How many more times do I need to explain this? If the 25th is a Saturday or a Sunday, for heaven's sake!! - do NOT try and collect the debit orders on the Friday BEFORE the 25th. I explained this to the consultant when I took out the loan?

Also, why did I indicate a payment date on the contract if African Bank is going to debit my account whenever - regardless of which date I chose?
