Debit without my concern

The Loan Locator people debited R399 on my account on 15/03/2013, I never applied for a loan all i did was a query as i wanted help on settling my accounts, whhen I call the number on the 18/03/2013 I was assisted by a Lady with the name of Chanel on Chalene I didn't get that sraight she told me I will get help if Am not happy I must send them my bank statement so that they can cancel my debit order, otherwise it will go on everymonth until I get help.
