Disputed Debit Order-3 months after account close

I had dealing with a company call AddPeople in the UK. These promised to deliver a service which they never did, I contacted them to cancel my order and they refused, Subsequently they continued to charge my Blue Bean credit card. I then contacted Standard Bank to have this charge reversed, which was then done Addpeople disputed the reversal, and I responded with the relevante documentation to show that it should remain reversed. I thought that was settled.
A month later, 28 November 2012, I then paid the full outstanding amount on my Blue Bean Card and phoned standard bank to have this account closed. They confirmed that the account was closed,
Suddenly in April 2013, I started receiving SMS from Std Bank that my account is in arrears and that it will be closed!? After a period I determined that the R1670 from Addpeople was again added to my closed account in Feb 2013, 3 months after the account was closed and with no communication from Standard Bank. I phone Std bank and tried to explain the situation filled in another reverse of transaction form (I still haven't heard back from Std on this item).
Finally, today after STD has listed me, I just paid the account. May
