I have logged a complaint with regards to debit orders and was given no feedback.
I logged the complaint on the 4th April, and was called back on the 15th April to provide me with a reference number, 270891, and tell me that there is no feedback for me.
this call was only a courtesy call due to me calling the branch multiple time asking for the assistant who was always unavailable and did not care to return any calls until this morning.
I have a long list of disappointing events leading to my anger but unfortunately I am limited to how much I may type on Hello peter.
