Hello Peter is my last hope. I changed to Standard Bank as CHARMAINE KOEN from your Tygermanor branch was quite persistent - emailing and phoning me every week. When I got my card and wanted to change my debit order details, I was told that Charmain Koen will do the change. After no response on any of my emails, I called your Customer care line (twice) and I was told a team leader (reference 54738492) will phone me. No response. I went to a different branch and was told to log a complaint (reference 54731568 on 26/08/2013) as only Tygermanor have access to my debit order changes. It is a month since complaint is logged and no one phoned me - yes I get calls to increase my credit card limit or insurance offers but no response to my logged enquiry. Then Charmaine Koen finally responded to my emails and I was told that all debit orders in place - will take 31 days for switching. Well I just received an sms that debit order went through my old bank account. Who is going to pay for my returned debit orders and bank charges? Your customer service is pathetic!!!
