I logged a complaint on the FNB website on 29 Aug 2013 16:58 but did not receive any feedback although I was promised by the auto response someone will contact me within 24 business hours. It is already 4 Sep 2013 13:45.

Clearly FNB does not live up to their motto of "How can we help you".
