Utterly Disgusted: Still no feedback after complaint was raised, Tracey replied at 10:30 Tuesday Morning and i have still not had any feedback to my complaint, i had to draft a new private mail which i sent through to one of the useless service consultants in order to get a response and that was after calling and being put on hold for 35 LONG minutes, i do not have the time run around in my busy schedule to do other peoples jobs not even in my instituiton. This is unacceptable. FNB has lost a client for life.

Tracey gave a response i sent numerous emails and tried numerous phone calls i am still waiting for feedback, i still pay monthly as long as these people have your money they dont worry i do not need a reference number Tracey i need a phone, it is so unfair how these major companies take advantage of us like this... this is completely unacceptable i have never been so off before begging for a service i pay 4
