Nedbank unjustified charges

First of all my nedbank cheque account. a few months ago i was wrongfully charged HONFee from nedbank.this was investigated and refunded. It Happened Again... on a continious basis where Nedbank charges me R120-00 for unpaid magitem later on another R 90-00 HonFee on the same item... SECONDLY i closed my Nedbank Merchant account with Nedbank. Shortly after the cancelation they took R144-78 from my account (26 march 2013) on 30 March 2013 they took R400-00 again on a closed account?? Merchant debit order ref:01817063. how can Nedbank do this, as a consumer it feels to me that Nedbank abuses me.furthermore it feels to me my money is not safe with nedbank as i cannot trust them with my funds. To close of i am also still busy with Nedbank Homeowners insurance who refused to pay out after damage to my property. Best day of my life will be when i have nothing to do with Nedbank... Please immidiately refund my R400-00 you wrongfully took.
