On the 10/04/2013, I filled in an application to upgrade my account. The customer service guy phoned me and told me that my new card will be ready in 7 working days. Today I logged into my internet banking to transfer money, I went about as usual by inserting in my card number, my CSP number and password and to no avail. I tried again for another 3 times but to no avail. I phoned the head office to find out what the problem is and to my surprize they have deactivated my existing card. I asked the lady how can you do something like this and she said that it was a mistake. I asked her what do i do now and she says that I have to wait for my new card. I asked how long and she said 7 working days. This is unacceptable and I would like to have my card ready tomorrow. This a serious inconvenience to me and I do internet banking on a daily basis. If I do not receive my card by tomorrow I will close my account.
