Charged for a service I have not received

Last year around about August 2012 I applied for a credit card, I was told my card would be ready for collection in 4 - 5 working days. 3 weeks later I phoned them to ask if my card was there yet & was told its ready for collection. When I went to collect the card I was told my card was sent back because nobody came to collect. I told them nobody phoned me I had to phone & find out where the card was they told me it was ready. I spoke to the lady at the enquiries & was told if I have a complaint I must phone the credit card division she cant do anything about it, I found this unacceptable & then spoke to Magda who asked me for my details & she would follow it up as I was very unhappy for the fact that I have been charged for a service I didnt receive. ABSA have been deducting a card fee off my account every month since then for a card I havent received. I have phone on numerous occasions & have sent emails to the credit card division & up until today nobody has contacted me. I'm sorry but I feel ABSA bank isn't the bank they make out to be. How can they keep charging me for something I don't have & surely they should know if I have received a card or not. WORST SERVICE EVER
