I would just like to express my delight at the OUTcome of my recent ordeal. i was recently burgled at my house i had just moved into just a few weeks prior. They took my laptop, iPod and iPad.
I've heard stories about how insurance companies take your premums for years without question and when its time to pay up they give you a hassle. Having suffered a loss of these electronics that was the last thing i needed. Im happy to say that the burglary happened on a Friday and by that Monday my claim was approved and everything i had lost replaced a few days later. Thank you so much to the agent that assisted me, Tumi Nkosi (Modutoane) who was there every step of the way and kept to her word. And thank you OUTsurance. I really do feel like im truly covered!
