Just about every claim we have forwarded have been rejected. The roof leaking was put to wear and tear. My bathroom floor was inspected by Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers who could not find any pipes leaking. I am still sitting with the problem though. Your assessor advised us when he came that worst case scenario was that the tiles would have to be lifted, but Outsurance however will not replace the whole floor. They will find tiles that looks more or less the same and only replace the broken ones. So, if we one day decide to sell our house, we will have to take a knock off the selling price because our bathroom floor tiles are 2 different shades!
A few years ago, when we were robbed, the carpenter you sent to fix our built in cupboards was of poor standard and our cupboards are not aligned as a proper carpenter would do. So we are not very happy with your service. You seem to promise the client good service, but provide 2nd rate. Outsurance Ads are aplenty on television, but definitely not living up to the picture presented. It seems customers contribute for years and years, but when claims are submitted, there are all put down to wear and tear and rejected! Bunch of!
