Bad service

I used to insure my vehicle with outsurance and it was ivolved in an accident. They way they handled the process was so professional and I was so impressed. They then booked my vehicle to a certain panel beater which did a terrible job. They sprayed my car all over and any can see that this car was involved in an accident. The door which the car was bumped into is now loose you car feel the air coming in when you drive and it not even straight. They even lost the lid which you use when you tow. When I ask them at the panel beater they would tell me that they busy. With a company like ousurance to book with such amatures, I am dissapointed with them
