CANCELLATION OF DEBIT ORDER/TRADING OF UNITS

Good day, I've been trying since the 4th July 2012 to cancel my debit order without any success. I've faxed 10 requests for cancellation and also emailed them. Then I've decided to sell my units and close my account so that I can walk away from this frustration. My units were successfully traded on the 27th March but now my funds are not being transferred into my banking account. I'm being told that this non-existing customer service is due to systems errors. I do not buy their excuses anymore because this ETF Plan has thousands of clients and it will be chaotic if they run on system errors for nine months! Hardly any communication from their side.
