I have been trying to get feedback from Standard Bank prestige banking for almost 4 weeks now. I raised queries about 2 issues with my branch, but as the visiting Prestige Banker (we don't have a dedicated one any longer) was unavailable, I was told my detials would be passed on and they would contact me. 2 weeks later I sent a secure message to my branch (BAYSIDE) about the issues to which I recieved no response. I then tried to call the prestige baning call centre and the shortest waiting time I recieved was the call would be answered in 5 minutes, all other attempts were longer than this. So I then resorted to the dedicated prestige banking emaiil address. I sent the email on 20 March and got the standard outreply about being a valued cutomer, and that as volumes were high, they would get back to me in the next few days. 3.5 weeks later, I follwed up on the non repsonse and got the same email. This says something is wrong if a dedicated service for your more "prestigious" clients can't answer a call withing 5 minutes nor respond to an email within 3.5 weeks!!

My issues are not complicated and I am sure are easily resolvable, but yet again Standard Bank fails to dleiver!
