My father has been a victim of in the past week they have withdrawn R 4000 in total and as soon as he seen this his card was blocked, they last night he had a trans of R 7000 come in and then was transfered out from his account. He has spoken to the department last week monday who told him the sla is 3 working days, when he spoke to them yesterday they advised he must wait till friday next week, what is going on with you guys, i need someone to call me now on 079 5268 556 as he has accounts to pay, his light, water and rent needs to be paid and i will hold u guys responsible for this if they get cut call me now this is a serious matter and i will take this to the ombuds man if the need be.

after him still contacting the department he still gets done on his account how does this work.
