I am writing on behalf of my elderly and sickly mother; who is the holder of the policy as follows:

Policy Number: CS 0557 489 (as per documentation you sent on 2012/ 01/09.
Name: Mrs. MM Bredenkamp

She has a current claim and hence the frustration with regards to the service/ attention she is receiving from FNB Insurance

Claim Number: CL 0078797

Her geyser recently burst and the accessors replaced the geyser and said that they would return to replace the ceiling and repaint the kitchen.

Yesterday the contractors arrived and merely nailed the ceiling back into place. This is NOT what the accessor said would happen and we need this to be attended to.

That's where the problem comes in. Firstly when calling your call centre; one waits minimum 30 minutes for the call to be attended. Only to be told that they will have to trace the documents and get back to you. That's where all communication ends; until you call again and follow the same procedure.

We have unsuccessfully tried to speak to an/ or are awaiting responses from the following people:

Jaydon, Charles, Marcia; Philip Erasmus, Gugu and Joel Naidoo who yesterday "promised" to return the call after half an hou
