I have been a loyal customer with Outsurance for over 5 years. Following a crazy hailstorm my roof leaked in 6 places in my house and caused damage. I claimed and the claim was rejected. I asked on numerous occasions for it to be reviewed and have received delaying tactics over and over again. This has been going on since September 2012.
In November 2012, my geyser burst which caused flooding and extensive damage to my pressed ceiling. Outsurance replaced the geyser but refused to compensate me for the ceiling repair (notwithstanding the fact that they promised, in writing, to do so) because they now claim the geyser did not damage the ceiling! I actually invited the supervisor (Lucia) to my home to see the ceiling for herself and compare it to every other ceiling in the house. Naturally, she didn't come.
The millions they spend on defrauding clients that they are the best insurance company is a sham. I have paid thousands to these people and they do not honour their obligations. It is important that others do not get taken in by the sham and I am determined to take this matter to the ends of the earth if so required.
