I Signed up for the Voyager program and it took approximately 2 months to process my application because of various mistakes on Nedbank's side.

I should receive a companion ticket when I spend R80, 000 in 1 year. I spent this in the first month.
I phoned the call center, and they confimed that I do have 1 free companion ticket available to me. They advised that I should reserve 2 tickets through the SAA call center, then call them back to process the companion ticket.
I booked a business class ticket and paid for it, as per Voyager's instructions.
When I called Voyager back to book the companion ticket they told me that I am not eligable for one.
No explanation or reason why!!! Now what? I have paid over R10, 000 for a single ticket and they won't give me the companion ticket that I am due!

Voyager also promised me 30 days of double points on my SAA card. When I called to find out why I wasn't receiving double points they said the 30 days was over. Because it took them 15 days to deliver the card to me, I only received 15 days of double points.

Completely unreasonable. Waste of time and money.
