SAA
NON-DISCLOSURE OF COMPANION AWARD

I spent over R160 000 on my Nedbank Premium Voyager card and am eligible for a Voyager Comapnion award.
However, SAA did not notify me - How am I supposed to know. I figure this was achieved in June 2013 as one has 1 year to use it. I only found out now 18 October 2013. Shocking - it expires on 29 JUne 2014. They robbed me of 4 months - I could have travelled earlier had I known.
Of course - with the management of SAA and its Voyager programme - I am not expecting anything - I am used to this level of management from these people.
