I can't belief the attitude with which some employees represent their employers. Mr Koos van Straten your attitude is totaly uncalled for. What is so difficult for you to do your job. We are not your clients but merely the third party who were involved in an accident with your client. Who gives you thhe right to decide what is better for us? Due to your client we have lost more than a month's business. We would not be in this situation was it not for the accident. Our truck was in perfect condition, why do we have to contact you continuously to make work of our claim. You are representing your employer in a very poor light. Please pay the repair of our vehicle sothat our business can continue. This is unacceptable Hollard!!! (Supplier name changed from Hollard Insurance to Hollard Insurance Namibia).
