In August 2010 i took insurance with 24HR Mobility through MTN. In October 2010 the phone was, a claim was submitted with 24HR Mobility and replacement was arranged. MTN however did not send the documents to insure the new phone through to 24 HR Mobility. The phone supposed to be insured was then in May. I have been baatling with 24HR Mobility since then to get a refund on the premiums paid from 2010 to date. I ambeing sent from pillar to post and promises to get back to me is made but nothing happens. It is pathetic that your money is taken when they should have then removed the phone from the policy when they processed the claim. I then get told they dont do refunds, i am totally disgusted in how cinsumers ard treated by some service providers, we pay for a service we never get. This matter will go to the paper, Ombudsman as well as the consumer protector. This is not regarded as treating customers fairly, where is the fairness?
