Long story short I took out Xperia Z and it was misplaced which they state clearly they Cover. I was in hospital and was unaware of premiums not going of never receive sms notification from the bank. I misplaced the phone and around the same time I received an sms frm these RIP OFFS stating that my policy is about to lapse so I contacted them iforming of my situation. And was willing to pay the premiums upfront and an excess amount. I even have the proof to support my claim... but they declined the claim without notifying me it took almost two weeks of waiting for a response. Just because I sent them the email about the same sms and should contact them. A guy name donovan calls and acted like they took my claim seriously and said it remained declined... I didn't know they declined it in the first place. I worked for mtn and I will let all my customers who I'm still in contact with to never insure with 24HOUR and to get insured by professional people who don't about their vision statement and provide a fair service. Lastly donovan if u read ur faqs u bypassed a lot of procedures and told me take it up with the Ombudsman... I will take ur advice. But my word off mouth has begun!!!
