Claim taking way too long

Im not at all impressed with how my claim was handled by Miway, it has been 3weeks since I have claimed and im still driving around in a messed up car! i had to literally call at all times to find out how far my claim is! and i was told Precious, the lady handling my claim hadnt been to work! surely someone else is meant to look after whatever issues in someone elses absence??? i rated this insurance company very highly and now i will definitely be looking elsewhere. Its quite clear that my memership is not important enough! it is now 3weeks later and i had to call them today to put me in touch with the panel beater, who will only be ordering my parts when i deposit the money, Lord knows how long it will be before they receive parts and only then will my car be taken in! This is truly pathetic!
