A month later, after an initial authrization

I placed a claim on my policy on the 29th of April 2013 and was asked to take my car in for an assessment at the MiWay Branch in Midrand which I did and was informed that my claims administrator would get back to me. I didn't hear anything for two weeks and when I called to follow up I got an email confirmation that it had been sent through to a Panel Beater and the Panelbeater even called me to confirm that they were ordering the parts and would advise when I should bring the car in. This was on a Friday.

The Monday I got. Call from the Panelbeater to inform me that the claim had been cancelled and that I needed to contact MiWay and find out that way forward as they don't tell the Panelbeaters why they have cancelled. A month after my claim was submitted I got a call from Simone who would now be the third person to handle my claim and she asked me for the number of the friend that was driving my car on the day of the incident.

Two days later she then asks me to email her a copy of my initial inspection form as they didn't have it on record and never received it from GlasFit. Firstly it's just fortunate that I keep my papers otherwise who would normally keep an inspection form.
