Awaitin.and nothing

We put a claim in before easter. Bout 2 and half weeks.and stil
waiting for our claim to be sorted.the consultant said it would be
paid out asap.like we thought it would .when u deduct our money u do it
immediately, if we, or anyone dont pay in time its a problem.but to sort our claim
it takes more than 2 weeks for 2 radios? Please assist asap.
