On the 11th of April I logged a claim with Outsurance, the consultant somehow linked it to my old claim that should have been closed in June last year (problem No 1) I waited for feedback until I made a follow up on the 16/04, spoke to Tshepiso Portia Kgeletsane who logged a claim for me (96421099), then later on that day she told me that she cant proceed with my claim cause there is an "Annual Premium" that OUTSURANCE never received from FNB Housing Finance. She then told me to contact FNB & ask for proof etc, which I found it strange why must I be the one contacting FNB as this "annual premium" gets paid on the background, no one either from FNB or Outsurance ever tells me about it. I contacted FNB & they confirmed to have rectified the error & sent proof. I then got a call from yet another consultant from Outsurance who was very rude & told me they cant help with my claim because apparently for months now I havent been covered, due to this glitch with FNB (which was NOT my fault) but she had the audacity to tell me it was my fault that I wasnt covered..? This is the 1st time I received this disgusting service from Outsurance & I hope u come back to me ASAP with a RESOLUTION.
