I had a break in at my home and contacted SB for my claim on the 12/03/13 and till today my claim has not completely been processed. Just trying to get through to them is a hassle as you are on hold for 30mins before your call is even answered. The assessor was a rude and unfriendly person to deal with who's report was incorrect in all matters.i have faxed through quotes to SB as per their request and had no response from them, i eventually get through to them and they inform me that my quote is not clearly visible, but haven't called to let me know. Re-sent the quotes and was promised to have a response within 24 hours, 6days later and im still waiting.
The lack of service is pathetic, and i will definitely be changing my insurance once this matter is resolved if ever.
