No service on insurance claim

I have submitted a claim on 16th January - claim no 14/004104. Every time I need to follow up - they do not come back to me - and then I need to hold for anything between 20-40minutes before my call gets answered - that is really unacceptable to me - because they do not come back to you, after they have promised they will or provide you with the incorrect info you need phone - this is the worst service I have ever received on an insurance claim. I am defnitely changing my insurance after this claim. I have been without water for more than a week now - but they do not care!!!
