I have a blackberry phone on contract with FNB. The phone is not working, I call the call centre first thing this morning and they tell me they will email me a tax invoice so i can go to a cell c to have my phone looked at. I firstly dont have the time to do so, i however make the time but still awaiting the tax invoice. I call them again at 2:30pm and then get told it could take up to 48hrs before i get my letter. What am I suppose to do in the meantime?? I need my phone, there's nothing they can do, their service is shocking
