Worst service ever and no feedback

I cannot believe standard bank has such terrible service with unprofessional staff. I went to springs branch on the 30th to complain about 2 transactions taking place on my account on the 27th of feb and 27th of march. I was told to wait 7 working days and they will get back to me. I also phoned department to report this, however i was transferred form pillar to post with horrible service from Patrick Zwane and Anisa. I eventually was assisted by Refilwe Mabone who was very friendly and gave me the best service ever. To my surprise today i was charged an amount of R20 for the query i logged on the 30th and yet i wasn't informed about that. When i phoned i was told that they were able to trace the absa cr card deducting my money and they gave me a contact to phone. I phoned absa and they didn't want to help me because they say the cr card belongs to someone else who is their client. What i don't understand is why is standard bank not assisting not willing to assist with this transactions and why have i not received feedback from Paul Matabane manager of department for the email i send to him on the 5th of email?
