I was involved in an accident on the 16 February 2013 and reported the case to you. The third party promised to pay for all the damages incurred through his insurance as he was the one at wrong. I then called you and the lady who was assisting me (Charlene Smith) on the 18th of the same month told me that it is going to be a long process if they do it through his insurance, what they will do is to repair my car then claim back from the 3rd party's insurance and is going to be a quick process. She then arranged for a tow truck to come fetch my car. i was notified my repair consultant will be Nkululeko, from then i started having problems. I never received a call from Nkululeko, the only time i got updates was when i call, and Nkululeko was always busy or not in office and i had to be assisted by somebody else and they would tell me he will call me back and he never did. On the 26th of March, i got a call from the repairers, telling me my car is done and i can come fetch it. When i got there, the front wheel was still making noise on the suspension and it was worst noise that it had when they towed it away. I then called them, they came to tow
